Breach of Contract

One of the most important ways that businesses secure their working relationships and transactions is through contracts. When one business breaks promises they make in a contract (in other words, they breach the contract), the other business has the right to get the matter remedied through the legal system. This may be in the form of an order for specific performance, (which will make the other party do what it has promised to do in the Contract), or if it’s too late, seek a claim for damages.
